Mama Sarah comments, “I hope Libby and Ziqi enjoy this Savory Dutch Baby recipe. It makes a quick and tasty meal when served with a green salad and crusty bread.” Sarah adds, “This recipe is best prepared in a round 12-inch cast iron skillet. My mother used her unusual square cast iron pan almost daily.”
